2. Account Registration and Security

- You authorize us to access and use information provided by the authentication provider
- You are subject to the authentication provider's terms of service and privacy policy
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your third-party account
- We are not responsible for any issues with the third-party authentication service
- You can disconnect third-party authentication at any time through your account settings
2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our Services and users.
3. Service Booking and Orders
3.1 Service Bookings
- Service bookings are subject to availability and technician confirmation
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings with reasonable notice
- You must provide accurate service location and contact information
- You must ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time
- Cancellation policies apply as per the service type and are detailed in our Cancellation Policy
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
3.2 Product Orders
- Product prices are subject to change without notice
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Product availability is subject to stock levels
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or pricing errors
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
3.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
4. Payment Terms

- Service quality depends on various factors including site conditions and product specifications
- We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you
- Service guarantees are limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the service agreement

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest information about other users
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
6.2 Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking and registration
- Ensure access to the service location at scheduled times
- Follow usage guidelines and instructions provided by technicians
- Report issues promptly within the warranty period
- Maintain a safe environment for service technicians
- Pay all fees and charges as agreed
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, are owned by D.G.Yard or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Services without our express written permission.
7.2 User-Generated Content
When you submit content (reviews, comments, photos, etc.) to our Services:
- You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
- You represent that you have the right to grant this license
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights of others
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms
8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D.G.Yard and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage
- Damages arising from use or inability to use our Services
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.
8.3 Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, authentication providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D.G.Yard and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services
10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. However, the following provisions will survive termination:

- Limitation of liability and indemnification
- Dispute resolution provisions
12. Force Majeure

No modification of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties, except that we may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on our website.
15. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the party granting the waiver.
